The small print. Unlike our fictional airline, we’ll keep it straightforward.
1. Adults only. Entirely fictional.
Cheap Seats is a 2D animated comedy intended for adults aged 18 and over. It contains strong language and adult humour. The show is fictional satire: its characters, airline and events are not representations of real people, airlines or actual incidents.
2. Our content
All Cheap Seats content, including episodes, artwork, characters and branding, is owned by Cheap Seats. Do not re-upload, copy or redistribute our content without prior written permission. To request permission, contact mtalsi1@gmail.com.
3. Watching & commenting on YouTube
Viewing videos and posting comments on YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube’s applicable rules. This website links to the Cheap Seats YouTube channel; it does not operate YouTube or control its services.
4. Your terrible ideas
The top comment writes the next episode. By submitting an episode idea in a comment, you allow Cheap Seats to use, adapt and incorporate that idea in the show. Using an idea from your comment gives you no ownership or other rights in the resulting episode or Cheap Seats content, and no entitlement to payment, royalties or compensation.
Only submit ideas you are entitled to share. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original comment or override YouTube’s terms.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
