No cookies. No analytics. No trackers. Here’s how we handle the small amount of information used by our private uploader.
1. Who we are

2. This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Videos are not embedded here. Links to YouTube take you to a separate service, where YouTube’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
3. Cheap Seats Uploader & YouTube access
Cheap Seats Uploader is a private tool used only by the channel owner to upload the Cheap Seats channel’s own videos through YouTube API Services. It is not a public service and does not offer access to other users.
It requests only the youtube.upload permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. This permission is used solely to upload the channel’s own videos, including the video files and upload metadata supplied by the owner. It does not request broader access to channel activity or other Google services.
By using the uploader, the owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Use, storage & sharing
Access tokens are stored privately by the owner and used only to authorise the intended YouTube uploads. They are not made public or included in this website. Any retained authorisation credentials are handled privately in the same way.
No data is sold or shared with third parties. The video files and upload metadata are transmitted to YouTube only as necessary to perform the owner’s requested uploads. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling or any unrelated purpose.
Cheap Seats Uploader complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the uploader’s stated functionality.
5. Revoking access & deleting data
The owner can revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future authorised uploads unless access is granted again.
For deletion of retained credentials or other personal information held by Cheap Seats, email mtalsi1@gmail.com. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days. Information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or a legal obligation. Videos already uploaded to YouTube are managed separately through the owner’s YouTube account.
6. Your UK GDPR rights
Where applicable, you have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Authorisation is used with the owner’s consent; contact information is used only to respond to enquiries and exercise of rights.
